Shipping Policy

**Placing an order with Kandi Kouture means you have read and are agreeing to all of these stated terms and conditions. Because of the nature of our product we must strictly adhere to these policies**.

USA Shipping Shipping comes at no cost to you with a minimum purchase of $100 or more (before tax and promotional discounts). No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers. QUALIFIES FOR STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY; EXPRESS AND PRIORITY SHIPPING ARE EXCLUDED.

PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.
*Business days: are considered Mon - Fri excluding weekends and holidays
Express orders are processed within 1 business day. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
*Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
*Please Note: All items are shipped "Standard Shipping". For expedited and express shipping methods, additional charges apply, please choose Paypal at checkout for additional shipping options.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is based on chart below.

International Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (6-20 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.
2. USPS Priority mail (6-14 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)
Please note: Pre-orders are unavailable to ship until 10-14 business days of order. Unless specified with a shipping date located under item description. Expedited and express shipping methods do not affect the delivery time or pre-order items.
Delivered Packages
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.

Overnight Packages
Orders placed on Friday for Overnight are not guaranteed for Saturday Delivery (Customer must contact us to pay for additional Saturday Delivery). Overnight orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out the following business day. It is the customers responsibility to be available for the package, should USPS, UPS, or FedEx feel the package is unsafe to leave at the delivery location your package may be delayed

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.

CUSTOM FEES?
A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please Note: House Of NV - Kandi Kouture has no control over your package once it leaves the USA. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any. If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.
